Ingredients
1 cup Bulgur Wheat,
A pack of broccoli stems,
Hake
Chicken or vegetable stock
3 Tsp of butter
1 tsp olive oil
1 Tsp Apple cider vinegar
1 Tsp Dill
1 Tsp mixed herbs
1Tsp of Garlic
2 sprigs of Thyme And Rosemary
Directions
1: Add Bulgur wheat, and one cup of water with stock of choice. Boil for 20 to max 30 minutes pending on texture of your Bulgur wheat.
2: Boil broccoli stems in water(quarter of a cup), with a pinch of salt, and pepper then add apple cider vinegar. Cook For 5 minutes (avoid over cooking so to maintain the crunch.)
3: Add butter, garlic, rosemary and thyme to pan. As the butter melts add your hake, cook each side for 1 minute once done add lemon extract and one more spoon of butter, then add dill and mixed herbs. Hake should take a maximum of 5 minutes.
Consider timing your meal so that you have your Bulgur wheat, broccoli and hake ready to plate at the same time.
Plate, garnish and enjoy.
